– We will not ship Delta-8 to states in which it is illegal

– We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in any state.

Free shipping for all U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states. Options will Include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the order. Most shipments arrive in 2-3 business days. We may require a signature depending on the size of your order.We may require additional contact information to confirm your order. For example, a copy of your driver’s license or college ID to verify age and identity.




Return Policy:

We do not accept any returns on consumables, such as oils, flower, gummies, and lollipops, .Other items can be returned new and unopened within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment. That include modifications to packaging or stickers placed over existing packaging voids this return. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products If the item is damaged in shipping or by other causes, we must be notified within the 24 hour time frame. If you would like us to provide prepaid shipping for your return, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. If you ship the item through your preferred service, you must provide a tracking number.We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days from original order date. For fulfillment errors and/or defects, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label. If you used our free shipping services, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund if the return reason is not related to fulfillment errors and/or defects.
